When Can You Return an Item?

We accept returns for various reasons, including if you’ve changed your mind, need an exchange, or if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our goal is to make this process as straightforward as possible. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping or provide free return labels.

It’s important to mention that items that have been used or are heavily worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We ask that all returned items be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, to qualify for a refund.

For all approved return requests, we will send you detailed return instructions via email. You will be responsible for the postage. Simply attach the provided return label to your package and send the item back to us.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase on the same day we receive the returned product. Please keep in mind that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Lost Packages

We recognize that packages can occasionally get lost during transit. You will not be held responsible for any lost return packages. If your package is lost, we will still issue a refund, ensuring that you are not negatively impacted by such situations.
